Football Campaign Examples

To demonstrate the power of utilizing endorsements and/or influencers I have picked a few examples from the FOOTBALL category – integrating key Turkish influencers / players into powerful and creative video content. All campaigns have been driven across multiple touch points. To create excitement short film versions / teasers have been promoted on the influencers’ social media sites and run on digital media channels including the clubs’ own communication platform. The product launches were simultaneously kicked off with the full video versions, a product launch event featuring key influencers, bloggers and the press to showcase the product and connect to the media, end-to-end in-store execution and merchandising cross all relevant sales channel. Consumer activations in store and in eCOM as well as additional player and product content on digital and social media to reinforce the campaign.

The example showcase the creative video content and a launch event which formed the base of a holistic 360 campaign cross all channels as explained above:

Creating a brand campaign to amplify adidas’s partnership with the football club Besiktas – local assets and personal stories taking center stage, ensuring strong visibility of the newly launched football boots and adding a strong cultural element – celebrating the heritage of Besiktas and the Turkish music scene.

Launching the new Predator Cold Blooded through an impactful launch event, endorsed players on the pitch and a digital, social media. The launch contained a strong invest component into retail – through superb story-telling and visual merchganding as well as consumer activations in key retail centers across Turkey.
