Within my organization I moved from Local to Global Role – entered a very diverse organization, interaction with different management levels, internal organizational changes. I lost direction and focus – was not sure what my role is, how to approach the change.

Looks bit difficult initially but at the end of the day you feel you know everything, and coaching has helped me to take my thoughts out. So his “How” has helped me a lot in opening up of my thought process.

Beside this he has helped me to learn to record your conversations and then listen, this itself gives you self reflectionto improve communication. Articulation and Role Play were other things part of curriculum which has helped me to improve my overall communication.
